You get what you pay for. I was looking for cheap and that's exactly what I got. So I can't complain that the room was full of flies and other little bugs. When my son put his shoe on in the morning there was a cockroach in it. lol. And the fragrance is the room was weed. But it was close to my place of business and the shower was good and the AC worked. So, for the price, it was what I expected.

Had a great experience very good upkeep and desk was great at attending our needs.

I really liked the hotel. We checked in early, the room was clean and cozy, and it turns out that with a secret code: gargamel, a team of professionals provides breakfast in your room once a day. Cool!

I agree with other reviews that the cleaner smell is strong once you get in, but you do get used to it... the room itself was large and clean. It had a microwave and mini fridge which was helpful. For us, the location was convenient. We were only there for 2 days, but we got to hike up to Griffith Observatory and then walk down Holywood Blvd to see the Walk of Fame and the Chinese Theatre. We barely used the car. The parking is tight, but we had a spot and had no issues. It's also walking distance to a grocery store, so we got to bring back some supplies and refrigerate. Overall, not the worst place I've ever stayed at!

Just finished our one night stay here. Was affordable, friendly, and had clean sheets. Just be cautious parking here because one corner has homeless people but we were able to find ample parking around the building no issues. Glad to stay here since it was so cheap and close to Universal Studios for our trip.

Great place! Lovely staff, great cleaning! Would reccomend! The location is maybe not the neatest as there are a couple of homeless people in the area, but it's a very central place and has a target and some great breakfast places very close!

That was a nice play to stay in Downtown Hollywood. Well located and close to everything we needed for a 1 night stay as a traveller.

Look this isn’t some super fancy hotel with chocolate on the pillows, but it is extremely nice for the price. I stayed here for a couple days now while working down the street at the palladium. The hotel/rooms are honestly better than i expected but what really sets this place apart is the staff. The man that checked us in was so nice and helpful. Had us book the room online because it was cheaper (and didn’t give us a hard time about it or make us wait - had keys 2 minutes after booking online- the delay was due to my filling out the vehicle info) very clean rooms. No bugs. Quiet place overall. Nice shower. Microwave. I mean… what more could you want. Big shout out to the gentleman that checked us in. Your kindness was genuine and I appreciate you.
